The biggest pitfall of in-person training is the constrained time window with our clients. With online fitness coaching, we can spend as much time as needed to help you meet your goals, and we can encourage you every step of the way.

Workouts Wherever Whenever

At Motive Training, you will receive the same expertise and training experience with online fitness coaching as you would in person—no need to buy a gym membership or even leave your living room.

We also offer the virtual version of our Functional Range Assessment so that our coaches can learn how your body moves best and create the right plan for your needs.

Important! Online fitness coaching is not virtual personal training. We will do some things one-on-one with you. However, we will not be doing one-on-one training sessions with you over video; this is because most online coaching is self-reliant.

What are the Benefits of Online Fitness Coaching?

We go out of our way to communicate and ensure you’re getting what you need to succeed.

But, we want this relationship to be reciprocal; we expect you to give us feedback, tell us how you’re feeling, and let us know if we can help along the way.

 

We promise never to leave you hanging; you should expect to hear from us quickly, and we will always respond within 48 hours.

You’re also going to be working with actual coaches, not virtual assistants. Everything we do is in-house.

We can’t be in the gym with you, but we can and will encourage you to record videos of yourself exercising.

For example, if your deadlift or squat feels off, we will help you fix it or work on specific mobility drills to get you where you need to go.

This is as hands-on as online coaching gets.

Even though we can’t be in the gym together, we can still create a community where like-minded individuals come together to move with purpose.

30-Minute Discovery Call

As soon as you pull the trigger on online fitness coaching, we schedule a face-to-face discovery call over Google Meet that allows us to get to know you more personally.

What are your goals? What obstacles are you facing in your fitness journey? How can we best serve you?

Expect to answer questions like these and more.

Setting Goals & Tracking Progress

Once we gather all the information we need, we'll sit down and set realistic goals with you and determine the best ways to measure progress.

Goal setting can be cumbersome, but we're here to help you clear the clutter and focus our attention on things that will move the needle.

The best part is that we'll do this all from our very own coaching app. So everything can be accessed and done from your phone.

03.

Building The Program

Next, we begin building your mobility and strength program from scratch, and if you have any movement issues, we will address them immediately.

We don't use templates, and we don't use cookie-cutter programming. Everything we build from here on out will be 100% customized for you.
