The biggest pitfall of in-person training is the constrained time window we have with our clients. With virtual coaching, we can spend as much time as needed to help you meet your goals and we can encourage you every step of the way.

Workouts Wherever Whenever

All of our coaches here at Motive Training are well-versed in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), one of the industry-leading systems in personalized movement coaching. You will receive the same expertise and training experience with virtual coaching as you would in-person. No need to buy a gym membership or even leave your living room.

We also offer the virtual version of our Functional Range Assessment so that our coaches can learn how your body moves best and create the right plan for your needs.

Important! Virtual coaching is not virtual personal training. We will do some things one-on-one with you. However, we will not be doing one-on-one training sessions with you over video; this is because a majority of virtual coaching is self-reliant.

30-Minute Discovery Call

As soon as you pull the trigger on coaching, we schedule a face-to-face discovery call over Zoom that allows us to get to know you on a more personal level.

What are your goals? What obstacles are you facing in your fitness journey? What makes you unique?

Expect to answer questions like these and more.

Building The Program

Next, we begin building your mobility and strength program from scratch. Any movement issues you have will be addressed immediately.

We don't use templates, and we don't use cookie-cutter programming. Everything we build from here on out will be 100% customized for you.

Setting Goals & Tracking Progress

Once we gather all the information we need, we'll sit down and set realistic goals with you and determine the best ways to measure progress.

Goal setting can be cumbersome, but we're here to help you clear the clutter and focus our attention on things that will move the needle.

The best part is, we'll do this all from our coaching app. So everything can be accessed and done from your phone.

Virtual FRA®

We also offer a virtual functional range assessment for those who would prefer to go through the virtual coaching experience from the comfort of their own home.

You will get the same level of service as you would in person, and we guarantee you will learn something new about your body that you didn’t know before.

What are the Benefits of Virtual Coaching?

We go out of our way to communicate and ensure you’re getting what you need to succeed.

But, we want this relationship to be reciprocal; we expect you to give us feedback, tell us how you’re feeling, and let us know if we can help along the way.

 

We promise never to leave you hanging; you should expect to hear from us quickly, and we will always respond within 48 hours.

We can’t be in the gym with you, but we can and will encourage you to record videos of yourself exercising.

For example, if your deadlift or squat feels off, we will help you fix it or work on specific mobility drills to get you where you need to go.

We want you to learn from this experience, which is why one of our tenets at Motive Training is always be a student.

We’ll teach you how to mobilize joints, improve movements like push-ups or pull-ups, and show you how to get the most out of your stretching routines.

Expect to conquer your goals and learn why you’re doing what you’re doing.
