Motive Training is built around a different approach. Every program is customized. Every session has intent. Before we tell you what to do, we take the time to understand how your body moves, what you’re dealing with, and what you’re trying to work toward.

We typically respond within one business day. From there, we’ll ask a few questions, learn more about your goals, and help you decide where to start. That might mean booking a Functional Range Assessment, trying a KINSTRETCH class, or talking through personal training options.
