Michele, a testament to resilience and determination, had faced her fair share of weight loss and fitness challenges. Despite the discouragement from previous attempts, she never gave up on her goals. Today, she shares her inspiring journey in her own words.

Breaking The Cycle Of Discouragement

”Before coming to Motive Training, I just couldn’t seem to stick with anything, I’d start a program with great intentions, but then life would get busy, or I’d get discouraged and give up. The idea of actually reaching my goals felt impossible. I realized I needed someone who would believe in me, even when I didn’t believe in myself, Someone who could remind me of my goals during those times when I felt like quitting.”
